We develop motorcycle EFI ECUs, body-control modules and specialised integrated circuits for ignition and MOSFET power regulation. Control software, board assembly and product testing keep the application in view as the design moves into production.

ASSEMBLY
Make the design tangible.
Solder-paste printing, SPI inspection, SMT placement and reflow turn the circuit into a manufactured board. Connector soldering and IC programming prepare it for the next stage.
INSPECTION
Look closely. Verify deliberately.
Automated optical inspection and PCBA end-of-line testing form part of the production process. Each stage creates another opportunity to check the work before the product moves forward.
FINISHED PRODUCT
Finish with the application in mind.
Potting, ageing and finished-product end-of-line testing complete the route from an assembled board to the finished electronic product.
